Merton Best Business Awards

It's been great going through the photos from Merton Chamber of Commerce's fabulous Merton Best Business Awards at the All England Lawn Tennis Club last month. Hopefully one year I'll be standing on the stage holding an award aloft.

In the meantime, I'm incredibly proud of becoming a finalist in the Best in Creative Sector, sponsored by Time & Leisure Magazine, and it was a real thrill to see so many of my clients (that word always sound so impersonal) in one room. That wouldn't have happened if community wasn't at the core of what I do, and I thank those organisations, and those who weren't there, for trusting me to showcase their businesses and events and coming back to me time and time again. 

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners, even Rainbow Productions who left, not only with the award I had my eye on but two more, including Best Business in Merton. Finally, thank you to Merton Chamber of Commerce for giving me and my one-woman show, a crack of the whip. I may not have returned home with an award but to have my business recognised in this way means so much and has been an incredible motivator.
